no record of my purchase. Can't locate

Question

I just made a purchase but I cannot find any record of it on either of my two ebay accounts. My bank shows the $ transaction. And the listing shows it was sold. But all I can find under My Purchases are older ones, long passed.

You may have bought the item as a guest.

To follow an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".

If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:

Once you have the email, you can follow the item.
