No record of my purchase
HELP!! I am 82 years old and I just received my purchase, but realized that it has a battery that I am unable to charge or replace it once it's installed. I need to return it, but there is no record of my purchase. I entered the Order Number and I get "No Exact Matches Can Be Found"
