No record of delivery but it was delivered
I purchased an item on EBay and the customer purchased a label away from EBay and I have received the item. There is no way that either of us can show EBay I received it . She can’t get paid and she is not happy. Why am I the buyer having to deal with this. I have over an hour into it already

Mentor11 months agoThe seller needs to enter the tracking number into the transaction. Tracking will then show Delivered if the seller wants to get paid.
