No real customer service - trying to get a refund on an unused shipping label.
I paid for the shipping label to ship a phone with lithium battery and took it to the Post Office, they had to sell me a Hazmat label because Ebay didn't provide one. Now, I can't get my money back and it's been a week since I shipped the item using one the Post Office sold me and the one Ebay sold me has no tracking updates other than Shipment Info provided. Ebay's virtual customer service is garbage, I want my refund.

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
Any item that includes a lithium battery needs the Hazmat notice. There is an option for that when you go to print the shipping label.
