No QR code received via email
Hello,
Has anyone ever encountered a problem where they never receive the QR Code to take to the post office? I generated a sale last night and never received a QR code after purchasing the shipping label both on the app and in my email. Not sure if this is an error on eBay or if something was missed that I wasn’t tracking? It is being shipped, not door pickup.
Also, I voided the shipping label, and purchased another one. What is the approximate timeframe for receiving that reimbursement? Thanks for your time!
