No product or response from a seller
Does anyone have any idea how to handle a seller that you purchased a product from that apparently isn't backed by eBay guarantee?
The seller has kept my money, no product, and not responding to my messages.
I asked ebay for help and still no response from ebay.

If the seller chose the wrong category on purpose to avoid the guarantee, you may still be able to contact eBay and file a case over the phone.
