No Print label option
I have requested a refund and the seller has agreed. They sent their address for me to return the item to; however there is no label attached. I'm being told there should be a Print Label button to push and there absolutely is not one. Ebay says seller sends label, Seller say Ebay sends it. I have no label either way.

OP3 days agoI did the return request. Ebay did not issue me the return label. All there is us an address typed on the screen as tho I'm being told how to address the package. No print labe button at all

You are trying to do the return outside the eBay process which means the Seller will be under no obligation to refund you even if you return the item. They are trying to string you out past the 30 days that the eBay Money Back Guarantee protects you. The return should be via an official claim made through eBay. Go to your Purchase history, find that item and process the return there. If the item was not as described below is what we adavise Buyers:
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

If you have already been refunded, you would no longer have access to the return label. And you would not be required to return the item.
If the Seller is asking you to ship your return to a different country, please let us know that so we can advise you how to handle that.
