Seller has 52 reviews - but oddly no positive/negative/neutral feedback.
how is that possible?
How can we judge if they are reputable?
Maybe this is an obvious question - but I’m missing it.

It is not possible for a seller to have "52 reviews" but no feedback.
If you are looking at the feedback ratings box at the top of their feedback profile page, that box only shows feedback received in the past 12 months. Their 52 feedbacks could have been left more than 12 months ago.
