One buyer said they never received a pickup code and another said they deleted theirs. Is there any way to have the pickup code re-sent?

Try this:

Click on this link > Track and Manage your shipments to reprint a label or download a copy of the QR code purchased through eBay. Find the order and select "Reprint" from the drop-down selector.

Using the eBay app:

Tap Selling, then orders.
Tap the order.
Tap the arrow to the right of Leave Feedback, then tap Manage shipping.
Tap the 3 dots, and select the action you wish to complete.

@jtzvwbug. I believe that is for sellers to reprint shipping labels.

@everest_community_foundation Advise the buyers to check their email spam folders. Also the person that deleted can check the trash section.

Without the code ypu won't have proof of delivery. The buyer can file a not received refund request and win. Your funds are also going to be held at least 30 days since you are new and there's no proof of delivery.

@jtzvwbug This is how a seller can get information on a shipping label purchase. Only the buyer receives the Local Pick Up QR code and 6 digit code in their email and messages, a seller can't access the code.

Buying with Local Pick Up

"After youâ€™ve completed your purchase, weâ€™ll send an email with a Local Pickup code (a QR code and a 6 digit code) to your Messages. You can either print off your email or show the seller the message on the app when you collect your item. The seller will scan or enter the code on the eBay app to confirm youâ€™ve picked up your item."

If the buyer can't find the code in their spam folder or eBay messages they should contact customer service to have the code sent again.

In addition to what @comics-scifi-collectibles has provided, Buyers can print out their purchase and the 6 digit code is clearly included on that page, I know because my Local pick-up customers bring a copy of that page with them and give it to me to jot down the 6 digit code.
