no pickup and no money?
So I sold an item, and included “for local pickup" in my post. This was on January 3 when the item sold. I have since messaged the buyer twice to pick up his item; and he has not responded. I have not received any money, because, I have to confirm pickup. Well, he hasn’t picked up. I’m unsure what to do now. Is there a certain window I am supposed to give him to reply, and then can I relist the item? Is there a way to get paid because obviously he paid, ebay just didn’t give me the money. Or does he get refunded? I tried to contact ebay; is there a number to call? I can’t find it; and the automated chat says they will call me, but then the call doesn’t go through for some reason I don’t know.

If the Buyer paid and since you are a new Seller your funds will be on hold for 30 days BUT, if you cancel the transaction you can use that money towards the Buyer's refund.
You have messaged the Buyer enough and they should know they purchased the item with local pick up.
If you Cancel us the reason "Problem with address". You can add that Buyer to your Blocked list on this page. You can use the Report Buyer link on the transaction too. Buyer management | eBay
