No pick up code
I was paid and buyer picked up item. She said she did not have a code from eBay. What do I do to mark it picked up?

I was paid and buyer picked up item. She said she did not have a code from eBay. What do I do to mark it picked up?

Mentor1 year ago@clovercrest. I just wanted to add to have the buyer check their purchase history > view order details on a computer. The code should be there. It's also sent in an email that may be in their spam folder.

You can mark it as shipped, but you can't mark it as picked up.
If the buyer checked out using 'Local Pickup', they got an eBay message from eBay with a QR code and a 6 digit code in it.
That's what you need to confirm it was picked up.
Otherwise, you will need to wait longer for your money, and you won't have proof of delivery.
Try contacting the buyer again.
