No payment link
I have a customer who is purchasing an item we have gone back and forth on and then settled on a price but now say they are not given a payment link. I have sold other things today and payment went through fine.
Any ideas?

Mentor5 months ago@boisem26 Advise the buyer to select accept offer and then they should be able to make a purchase. They may need to try a different device.
I would like to caution you on your listings. Never show more items than the buyer will receive in the photo OR different from what they will receive. The eBay seller rule is take photos like there is no description and describe items as if there is no photo.
Buyers CAN file not as described return request cases if they don't receive what is in the photo. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules your no returns policy. Your policy is only for buyers remorse returns... doesn't fit, changed mind, etc.
