Mentor2 years ago@skyknight54 If you are referring to the land sale that is a classified listing and the listing fee applies EACH time you list. The sale is non binding and either party can walk away from the sale. The payment takes place outside of eBay from this type of transaction due the legal paperwork that is required for property transfer.
