No order history
I've searched the knowledge base, I haven't found anything. I've had an account for years (williamfjack@yahoo.com). I receive messages concerning shipping updates, etc., at that address. But, when I go to eBay, the "my account" area is nearly blank. There's no order history other than one from two years ago. Thanks in advance for your help.

You have lots of feedback received as a buyer, but none as a seller. ebay will show your purchases made in 2023, 2022, 2021. For anything earlier, you can go to request your eBay data here: https://www.sarweb.ebay.com/sar
- it takes a few days to get the report back.

OP2 years agoThanks for your response. The problem is that the page doesn't show any history after 2022 although I've ordered a number of things since then.

According to your feedback profile page, your latest purchase was over 6 months ago, and other purchases were over a year ago. Are you sure there are other Ebay transactions?
