No option for "used" on condition
I am trying to list an item. There is no direct match for the item in the description. I type the description and list the category. They the page for condition only gives me the option as new. It is not new. It is a cold therapy unit, listed under Health Care.

It probably means that only new items can be sold. Many health care items and medical items cannot be sold at all and many can only be sold if new.

For some items and categories you can only sell new items. Listing a used item as new is also not allowed. You will not be able to sell it on eBay.
