No Option available for our issue
We had a feedback removal request since the buyer was clearly upset about eBay's communication to them. Our request states there was a technical issue and we should contact eBay, and then the link sends us to the Identify the Problem menu option that has nothing to do with technical issues or a way to contact eBay.
