Hello,
I've purchased on eBay in the past, but only recently started selling. As I hadn't had much activity, I only logged onto my account every few days, relying upon the eBay app on my phone to notify me if an item had been sold/bid upon. I just found out I sold an item,, but have absolutely NO notification of it--yes, I've check trash/spam, all the usual. I want to give the best turnaround on items and this has shaken my confidence in the platform. Any thoughts?
