Hi all. I sold a pair of shoes that required authentication a couple weeks ago. I took the package to FedEx on a Saturday morning. I received an email from FedEx that the shoes would be delivered today to the buyer but never received any notification if the shoes were authenticated. And even after they were delivered, eBay still has the product in limbo, saying shipping is overdue, making me look like bad seller. Can anyone help me?
