No notice or visibility of an order from 9/10 until 9/12

Question

Anyone have this happen? I shipped orders on 9/10, 9/11 & 9/12 and cleared all orders . In the afternoon of 9/12 I received an Ebay message that I had a late shipment for an order on 9/10. Never received an email of the sale and I shipped out everything. Oh and I can't contact Ebay because I apparently have the "Spam" problem where Ebay sends an email after trying to call me back that I couldn't be reached.

@abcbooks01 Did you add the tracking to all of the items either manually or by using bulk label if was combined shipping? If you didn't then once the tracking is scanned you can't add it to the other items and can only select mark as shipped from the drop down menu next to the item.

Since requesting a call back is not working I recommend using social media.
