No notice of cancellation
I purchased an order today, made payment. I then received a notice it would be delivered July 15th via email. Here is the info:

I can NO LONGER see this order and get an error message when I try to see this order via my email. It is not showing up in my purchase history either. How do I get my money back if it isn't showing up any where? |

If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account) it will not be in your purchase history.
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page ( Do NOT log in to your regular eBay account) :

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
You can also open a return request (to get a return label) OR report that the item has not arrived when it's at least one day past the last estimated delivery date.
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Return item OR report that the item has not arrived
3) Select your reason for the return if returning an item and select Next.
4) You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition if you are returning an item

OP1 year agoI made this purchase through my account and received a confirmation email that the item would ship and I would receive it July 10-15. When I went back to the email later in the day I get an error message-

There is no order showing up in my purchases now (there was initially as that was how I made payment). Nothing shows up even in my purchase history now either. I have attempted to reach the seller numerous times over the past 24 hours and they are not responding at all. I will be canc eling my credit card tomorrow if I do not hear back as my credit card is showing "payment pending". How do I report this seller if I have no history in my account?

If it's just pending on your card that happens when the seller requires a payment prior to making a bid or offer.
The pending charge falls off after a few days.
