No Network Found - Lost Auction
I am so upset right now. This evening I received a notification that an item I was watching was ending. I set a timer and came back a couple minuted before it ended. This was on the ebay app on my phone. Everything was working fine, I was able to get to the bid page, and then I received "No network found" over and over as I tried to bid. The app worked fine before, and after the bidding, just not in the last minute when it actually matters. All other Internet-connected apps on my phone were fine. I was on my home wifi...connected via Verizon Gig fiber. I've never been so upset to lose an auction and have never had this issue before...lost so much faith in eBay tonight. Does anyone know how this happens? I found a few threads but they all seemed to have different issues/resolutions.
Of course, eBay appears to have zero support options for me; can't get through to a real person.
