no more eBay call backs?
I'm new to the forum. Why don't I have the option of having an eBay agent call me back? Waiting 24-48 hrs for a return email is ridiculous! Some issues need to be handled quickly.

We cannot email eBay.

Go to https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

OP2 years agoPlease try for yourself and you will see that the option to get an agent is no longer there. and yes you can email eBay - and their auto reply is they'll get back within 24-48 hours. Very frustrating.
