I’ve had to return two different times and I wasn’t able to because either the buyer never got back to me, didn’t offer me a legit return address or tried to only offer me a partial refund. When I asked eBay to step in they didn’t. I wasn’t able to return any of my items even though they had a return policy that allows returns. Nothing was resolved for me as the customer and both cases are now closed. I want my money back guarantee for both items. How do I contact eBay because I just keep getting the run around
