No mercy
I purchased an item from a seller that I did not realize was “for pickup “. I canceled the order within 5 minutes, but the seller refuses to cancel or refund and now won’t agree to ship it. They are literally stealing from me. I am in Georgia they are in California.

The Seller is trying to stick it to you. You should probably reach out to eBay at this point to see if they can force a refund from the Seller for you based on you not being able to pick the item up. Sadly, it's not as simple as picking up the phone can calling eBay, below are some ways to contact them.
eBay Customer Service
-Contacting eBay via Social Media:
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

If eBay fails to deliver on a refund for you then you will be forced to file a dispute with your funding source. However, once you do that eBay washes their hands as far as refunding you directly. If you win the dispute the Seller will be charged an additional $ 20 for eBay losing the dispute.

OP8 months agoquickship1usa is a scam and should not be used. They do not represent e bay with a favorable reputation at all. They steel money from the elderly and don't think twice about it. They should be removed from doing business. There are so many good sellers on e bay that do a great job.

I am sorry this happened.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee should apply: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/-/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210
Here is how to formally request a refund of your full payment:
1) Look at your purchase history here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
- View Order Details
- Check the Estimated Delivery Date for your purchase, and
- Check the tracking for your purchase
When it is past the estimated delivery date (and there is no tracking, or the tracking doesn’t show that is close to delivery):
2) Open an "Item Not Received Case". You can do that right here by clicking on the photo of your item and following the steps: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/-/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042
(If it is not yet time for a case to be opened, it will give you the exact date after you click the photo.)
You will be able to select whether you want the Item or a Refund
-- You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a case)
3) You can check the status of your case here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/ip?topicId=4667
The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund.
