No Merchandise Just an empty box
I received an empty box today . No merchandise just an empty box Reported this but apparently AI doesn't see the problem. The empty box came with an Amazon receipt inside an Amazon bag. And AI doesn't get it. So Ebay doesn't see the problem either. I contacted the seller but never heard anything. Any suggestions? D H

Since the package arrived but the merchandise was missing, do not open an Item Not Received claim. eBay specifically treats an empty package as an item that doesn’t match the listing.
Go to your Purchase History, find the order, and open a return/request for the item not matching the listing.
Keep the empty box, shipping label, Amazon bag, receipt, and all other packaging. Take clear photos of everything, including the shipping label and what was inside the package, and do not throw anything away while the case is being resolved.

Since you already messaged the seller and received no response, I would now use the formal return request rather than continuing to send regular messages. The 3-business-day period for eBay to step in begins after you open the request.
If the seller does not resolve it after more than 3 business days, use the request to ask eBay to step in.
