No longer registered user
I purchased two necklaces. I am pretty sure now they are fake. I'd like to return them but the member is no longer a registered user. How to I proceed? They are not responding back to my messages.

OP1 year agoAlso, I only received one of the purchased necklaces. The other was not sent.

"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?
If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.
If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:
If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
