No longer receiving promotional emails from Ebay
I have been a member of Ebay for over 15 years and until the last few months I used to receive promotional emails from Ebay (e.g. selling promotions, etc.) I no longer receive these promotional messages by email.
However, I do still receive emails from Ebay for everything else (e.g. item sold, message from another ebayer, new items listed that match my searches, etc.)
If I log into my account I can see the promotional offers in My Messages but I would prefer them to come to my email. I have checked my account and have ticked "allow email notifications" and I have spoken to a customer representative who told me there was no reason why I was not receiving them. By the way, I have checked my email spam - nothing there).
Any ideas please?
