No longer receiving email notifications of sales but Communications Preferences are checked.
I am no longer receiving email notifications of sales from eBay. I use to receive them and just got a message from a buyer because I didn't send a book he purchased. I didn't know. I am not a store or big seller. I don't check everyday. For years I received email alerts. I have not changed computers or emails or anything. I have gone into My Account section and my Communications Preferences are all checked. What should I do?
