"No longer a registered user."

Question

I clicked on the seller of an item I bought, (currently shipping) but I can't see the sellers account. It says "No longer a registered user." I'm not sure what this means. My order hasn't been cancelled, so is the item still on the way? The shipping is taking a long time and is supposed to take a month and a half, I'm considering canceling the order.

The seller now being "No longer a registered user" means that ebay has closed their account. However, if you have tracking that shows the item is on its way you cannot cancel the transaction and will have to wait until the last estimated delivery date has passed by one day then you can file an item not received dispute. You need to read the terms and time frames for using ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) The link below will tell you what steps to take.

FYI, avoid buying from any seller who gives a long estimated delivery time frame.
