no longer a registerd user?
i won an auction item. when I tried to pay, the system kept saying error. i tried to contact the seller and it said "no longer a registered user". Should I just give up and forget it, what if the item is relisted on a different account.

Move on from that transaction. If they try opening another account and were shutdown by eBay on the original account the same thing will happen to them.
