No Local, but door pick up anyway.
I sold an item Vintage 10LB Cast Iron Boat Anchor Item ID: 204362277230 with shipping included, but he lives very close and wants to pick it up. I have already said yes and reimbursed him for the shipping he paid. How do I close out the label from here?

You can VOID the shipping label on this page, you have 5 days to do that: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
Keep in mind that eBay is still expecting you to upload tracking within your Handling time or you will get a late shipping defect. You would also be vulnerable if the Buyer decided to file an item not received claim and you have no tracking on the item.
Prior to all the Seller metrics I had a similar situation ... so to satisfy the eBay tracking requirement I explained the situation to the Buyer and that I would be sending a small box to them ... they laughed but understood.
