no live person to talk to about a missing package purchased on ebay that was not delivered

coffee pot purchased on EBAY from a drop shipper that was miss named and wrong address sent fromWalmart via FEDEX,  by a drop shipper. FEDEX admits that the name and address are not mine and they delivered the package to the address on the package. Get a letter from FedEx stating that the package with that tracking number was not addressed to you.Also file mail fraud with USPS.Once you have the letter from FedEx and the mail fraud report, use those to appeal the case.
