No live customer support for days (September 2024)
I cannot get particular answers answered by the AI system and am at a loss. I keep being put into a loop, and it wasn't until today that it finally stated "No live customer help available". This is a huge problem and is affecting my business. I do not have anyone I can ask these questions to. The idea of not having a phone number has always been a problem for me. It refers us to "read the articles". The articles help me out a Lot. But, some of the problems that arise are Not in the articles. Having no phone number to call was bad enough, but now that we have no possibility of talking to a live person makes me feel completely helpless. Also, my customers are not going to be happy.

Why not state the problem you're having and ask your question right here. That's what this board is for. You'll receive help from experienced mentors.
