A Canadian stamp dealer on e-bay has notice of a import fee.
All philatelic transactions from Canada are exempt.
International shippers should include both HTS Code 9704.00.0000 (Postage Stamps and Covers)
and the new exemption code HTSUS 9903.05.86 on invoices.
