No help from ebay on disputing a return.

Question

I am trying to return an item that was incorrectly listed. The buyer disputes this and I have proof that it is incorrectly listed. However, I made mistake and put Does not fit as the option and I cannot change it. As such, I am not being offered the option for a full refund and I lose all shipping costs i. both directions. So I am not submitting for the refund as is because I will lose $20. But there seems to be no way to get ebay to help and intervene. Not sure what to do.

Yes, you have to be very careful in selecting the return reason. Best you can do now is open a case through the payment processor.
