no help for fraud victim.
My order# 06-14882-78717 was never delivered by the seller, he just sent the empty envelope to trick the system as item delivered, ebay website is not helping either, it just says "you cant fle this request becasue you already file a dispute for this order with your payment institution", i am not getting any resolution since i cannot talk to anybody at ebay, i am victim of fraud and there is no help.

Mentor3 weeks ago@waqakha-16 I am sorry that you had a bad seller. Once you go to your payment institution eBay legally can no longer assist you.
What you should have done instead of filing a not received refund request was file a return request > missing parts or pieces> or doesn't match description. Then the seller would be required to issue refund.
