No funds!
I have not received payment from eBay I’ve gone in circles trying to get help about it. I don’t know what to do. My checking in information is entered and eBay says funds are available. I saw another screen that said there is no payout information from the last 90 days. I also purchased a duplicate label and requested a refund in the beginning of January well mid January and I didn’t get a refund on that either. How can I contact somebody to help me?

Go to your payment account to see the status of each payment. As a new seller, your payments can be held up to 30 days. You will see the expected release date in your payments account.

If you still have questions, use the ? in the lower right to request a call from customer service.
Label refunds take about 3 weeks. If you cancelled the label mid Jan, you probably have another week or so to wait.
