No full refund wrong decision
Original convertible top was leaking tub from auto parts eBay store. I knew it was going to be tight because they cheaped out with a smaller window. By the time I realized it was absolutely not going to work. I was already committed to installing and could not vehicle without a convertible top for an indefinite period of time. They’re refusing to give me a full refund because it was not returned in its original condition. Its original condition is worthless in the first place. They are stealing from me I sent them photographic proof that their product was garbage as far as fit and finish I even sent them the original top that I took off so they could put the two next to each other to see how far off their product was at least 4 inches short. I want you to do the right thing and get me a full refund
