NO finding how to contact eBay for help
I having issues finding the contact number from eBay to get help with an order that it was supposed to be only pick up and was bought for a buyer that lives far from me.

Mentor4 months ago@kru2942. You made a mistake on the listing and offered shipping in addition to Local Pick-up. If you relist be sure to only offer Local pick-up.
Apologize to the buyer and let them know that you made a new seller mistake that it's not possible to ship the daybed.
Go to the sold listing and cancel as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
This starts the refund process. The refund will come from your back up payment method for selling costs. Once the buyers refund reaches their account then their original payment is released to you.
