no feedback option in my purchase history

Question

I haven't had the feedback option in my purchase history for at least 2 weeks. I Can't seem to find where to leave feedback anywhere. Did they change something??

" If you still can't find it, you can go to your Feedback Profile page, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Leave feedback". Thanks for responding. When I do that it says I don't have any pending feedback, which I know I do, and Thanks for Leaving Feedback! This is very strange............

Nothing has changed. In my Purchase History, I see the "Leave feedback" button to the left of the name of the item.
