No feedback from sellers
How to get positive feedback from a seller after the following was left for them ( Flawless international transaction , excellent communication and packaging , highly recommended seller . AAA+ ) . I was thinking that leaving positive feedback was a way to tell the seller that their item arrived safe and sound and they intern would leave positive feedback . As a buyer , I've fulfilled my obligation as a buyer long before any item arrrives . Maybe holding off on leaving feedback until the seller does is tthe way to go . Your thoughts ?

Leaving feedback is optional for both sellers and buyers, not mandatory.
Since the only feedback that sellers can leave for buyers is positive, many sellers have discontinued leaving feedback altogether.

-Feedback is voluntary
-In 2008 eBay stopped letting sellers leave less than Positive Feedback for Buyers, which makes the system biased and unfair. Some Sellers don't leave it.
