No emails
Since March 25, we have received no emails from eBay. Called helpline; no help there. No emails received for sales, payouts, etc. All of our other emails in and out work just fine. Could someone have hacked our account? Any ideas?

OP2 years agoWe've checked all of the communication preferences, but didn't see any needed changes, it has all worked before. We are using the sellerhub for notification of sales, etc., but it was a quicker alert to receive emails. Hopefully someone will have a solution. Thanks for your help.
