No email received confirming purchase order
I placed an order for a bike component from seller 2gobike and paid using Paypal. I have received no email confirming the order and it is not showing up on Ebay purchases list. The customer name on my Paypal account is shown as eBay Commerce Australia Pty Ltd, which I understand is the payment processing arm of Ebay Australia. When can I expect to receive an email confirming the purchase order and an expected delivery date?
