No Edit at Account Type
Referring to the subject above, please help me how to solve this matter before I'm close the eBay account. I did using Morzilla Firefox but still the same, can't edit. Just need to change it to Individual instead of Business.

Mentor3 years agoYou are located in Malaysia. I have heard that a business account cannot be changed to an individual account. Therefore, since this is a new account, I would close it, and open a new account, and when you register, select Individual. You will need a different email address from the one on this account.

OP3 years agoyou mean that I need to create new e-Bay account with new email too? How about the contact number? Can use the existing number?
