No ebay contact issues
I keep getting nowhere with ebays AI, I am been charged over a hundred dollars and want to report fraud but I get a list when I click contact ebay and that list is not helpful

OP1 week agoThat is his product not mine and mine is different and when you click his page to see item it says he bought it from me, but I never sold it under californialivingwalls@gmail.com account

OP1 week agoThere is a case number 18-15051-74577 but I have tried to appeal this and it comes back with noting found. I did not get anything and I did not buy or sell anything why am I been charged from my bank account the buyer brooks.fletcher does not exist and buy saying he paid $1,162.24 is a lying when you would click his item he would send you message bought and I never sold or bought anything please remove my account for order 18-15051-74577 order number infact cancel all my ebay accounts. This is a lie and wring

Mentor1 week ago@digitalsportscards The stop payment with the bank is the correct step. eBay can not help you unless the sale shows on your purchase history. This means that your eBay account was not hacked but your bank was.
Just to be extra safe I am sharing my hacked account info as there are steps you should take even if your eBay account was not hacked>

Here's my advice to help secure your account:
#1 Run a full scan with your virus software to remove any spyware from your computer.
#2 Go to my eBay> account>personal information and make sure that all information is correct including your cell phone number, registered email and ship from and to addresses. Verify that your bank account information is correct.

#3 Change your password My eBay> account> sign in and security

#4 Secure your email account.
Be sure to use different passwords and secret questions on eBay and your email. Do not use these passwords on any other account.
Hacked accounts often start with a hacked email account.
#5 Calling is the only way to report hacked accounts for security reasons.

#6 For extra protection consider turning on two-step verification. 3rd option on this page>

#7 Unlink all Social Sign in methods and change your passwords on those accounts too. The hacker will be able to use the social sign in links to sign in to your account again if you do not disconnect this option.

Was this a fraudulent purchase on your account?
OR was it a charge from eBay for selling?

OP1 week agoTo me it's fraudulent charge since nothing was sold or bought i check another seller that was selling the same just checking price and that seller kept sending me bought and I never bought or tap buy now but that was 7 months ago and today I got charged so my bank is investigating this as a fraud charge and stop payment
