When I click on an item there's no description. Also no description tab on the page. The seller's feedback appears and takes up half a page! Just started last week.

Try temporarily disabling Ad Block Plus as a workaround.
Report the issue to eBay using the "Tell us what you think" link or the "Feedback" / "Comment" / "?" link in the lower right of the search results by the scroll bar.
