No delivery, seller unresponsive
What do I do about a seller who hasn’t delivered an item by promised date and doesn’t respond to any of my messages? I’ve tried so many ways to indicate that I haven’t received the package. The report option keeps telling me it may still arrive even tho it’s now past the date when they say I can file a report if I don’t receive it? The seller has provided no tracking info so I have no idea whether the item was shipped or I was scammed
