No delivery and denied a refund by eBay
I never received my item. The seller ordered and shipped via Amazon. Their tracking information stated delivered before it left the facility. I asked the seller for the picture of the delivery so I could verify because I have no video of the delivery on my camera feed. Seller just responds says delivered and that's it . eBay says because tracking says delivered I can't get a refund. I have no item and lost my money. What are my options? I have been using eBay for 23 years and never run into anything like this.

Since you are unable to get the delivery info, contact your credit card issuer and ask them to open a not received dispute. Explain that eBay/the seller will not provide delivery info so you can contact the carrier.
