no delivery
I am tracking my package and it says the package was received on 8/22/23, but I received no package. I tried contacting ebay to figure out what to do and I keep getting a message that says they don't see any recent activity. I sent them a picture of the activity report and the message that said my package was received. Which it wasn't.

Mentor2 years agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
You take the tracking number down to the carrier (post office/FedEx/UPS). Have them check their GPS coordinates for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT to your name/address, then you get that statement on their letterhead. They do not need to state where it was delivered, just NOT to you.
Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.

OP2 years agoI keep getting these bull**bleep** messages that say "sorry no information available. this whole site is a scam as far as I can tell.
