Mentor1 year agoDid you happen to make the purchase as a guest? Guest purchases are totally separate from your account purchases. If you did check your emails for the confirmation email from eBay. The email will have special log in instructions that apply only to this purchase. When you use the special log in you will be able to see thios purchase and open any cases or requests needed.
